It seems simple enough to me; there was a fracas at Club Zen where witnesses identify and implicate Machel Montano, Benjai, Zan and others including Shall Marshall; allegedly.Why then have no arrests been made or even contemplated?
What more evidence is needed?
It would be an arrest only, not a decision; yet no step has been taken to seek the Public's interest in the matter.
It appears the prevailing authorities are afraid to arrest or charge Machel; or perhaps they are giving him all the time he needs to settle out of court.
That's Trinidad for you; corrupt tot he core.
